What should I do when there are few search results?
Check that your city and age preferences reflect who you actually want to meet. Try a nearby city or a broader age range if you are comfortable with it, and remove an unnecessary interest filter. The community is growing, so we cannot promise a suitable member in every area. A complete, honest profile gives people more to respond to when they find you.
How can I send a useful support request?
Email info@buevu.com and describe the page, the action you tried and any error message. Mention whether you used a phone or computer. For an account problem, use your registered email address where possible. Never include your password, payment details or recovery codes. If a member worries you, use the reporting controls and avoid continuing an uncomfortable conversation. Changing the site language changes the interface, not the original text of member messages.
