Information we use
We store your email, password hash, nickname, profile details, birth date, dating preferences, location you provide, uploaded photos, messages, blocks and reports. Connection information such as IP addresses, session cookies and security logs helps us operate the site and prevent abuse. Do not put your street address, financial details or other private information in a profile or message.
Why we use it
Account information and messages let us provide the service you request. Birth dates support the adults-only rule. Security records and moderation reports support our legitimate interests in preventing fraud and protecting members. We may retain information where required by law. Dating preferences and anything you choose to disclose about your private life can be sensitive; only share what you want processed and displayed for dating. You can change your profile or request deletion.
Who can see it
Your profile and approved photos may be visible to other members and visitors according to your settings. Public images can be copied or accessed through their links; blocking a member does not guarantee removal of copies already obtained. Messages are intended for their recipients, but are stored on our server and are not end-to-end encrypted. Authorized administrators may access information for support, security and moderation.
Service providers and cookies
Hostinger provides our hosting and email infrastructure. Account and recovery emails pass through its mail service. We use necessary session and preference cookies. City suggestions may contact the GeoNames service when you type a location. We do not sell personal information. Payments and advertising campaigns are not enabled for this launch.
Retention and your choices
We keep account information while your account is open and as needed to provide the service. You can request access, correction, export or deletion at info@buevu.com. Depending on applicable law, you may also object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your data-protection authority. We may need to verify that a request is yours. Some records may be kept longer for abuse investigations or legal obligations. Server backup copies rotate over seven days; recipients may retain their own copies of messages.
Adults only
Buevu is for people aged 18 or over. Report an underage account to info@buevu.com so we can investigate and remove it.
